I fell ill at work. I shared with my dear friend that I had relied on my own strength to complete my daily tasks. I should've asked God to help me. He's definitely concerned about everything that concerns me. After I shared this with my friend, we prayed and I felt 100% better. This is a real life example of practicing what the word says in James 5:16.
